Sberbank has bought 40% of Gorno-Altaisk airport from AFK Sistema, said Chairman of the Bank's Management Board German Gref. Sistema and Sberbank acquired Gorno-Altaisk airport from Sibmost in 2017. At the end of last year, the airport's passenger traffic amounted to 429,269 people, an increase of 31.8% compared to 2022.

Sistema's IFRS loss for 2023 amounted to ₽5.314 billion, compared to a profit of ₽43.51 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 16.9% to ₽1.046 trillion against ₽0.895 trillion a year earlier.

Sistema's RAS net profit for 2023 amounted to ₽50 billion, compared to a loss of ₽71.45 billion in the previous year. Revenue fell 19.1% to ₽28.237 billion against ₽34.907 billion a year earlier.
