Ozon has launched a service to deliver popular e-grocery goods within 30 minutes. For this purpose, the marketplace opens smaller-format darkstores and engages couriers not only in cars, but also on bicycles. In Moscow and the Moscow region, 20 such mini-darkstores have been opened, and it is planned to increase their number several times by the end of 2024.

Ozon may take steps to implement a redomiciliation plan within 2024, said marketplace CFO Igor Gerasimov. "There is such a plan, everyone supports it at all levels. But there are also objective obstacles and limitations, because of which we cannot implement it more promptly," he explained.

Ozon in 2023 processed 965.7 million orders, up 2.2 times from 465.4 million in the previous year. Number of active shoppers increased 31% to 46.1 million. GMV reached ₽1.752 trillion, up 2.1 times from ₽0.832 trillion a year earlier. Marketplace share rose 6.9 p.p. to 83.1% of GMV.
