Krasny Oktyabr confectionary holding and Flagman LLC affiliated with PIK-SZ create a joint venture Development Potential for development of the territory of some warehouses of the holding in Moscow. Two plots in Tekstilshchiki and Moskvorechye-Saburovo areas with the area of 1,54 ha and 2,1 ha accordingly will be transferred to the joint venture. In exchange for the plots worth ₽2.2 billion, Krasny Oktyabr will receive 44.355% of the joint venture.
