MMCB announces dates of the additional Issue

Collection of applications for participation in the placement of 3,370,080 additional ordinary shares of the MMTS will take place from June 15 to June 18, inclusive. Price guideline will be announced before the start of the application process. The final placement price will be disclosed no later than June 19, 2026. Purpose of the additional issue is to ensure the growth and implementation of the company's strategic development plans, enhance the liquidity of its shares, and attract long-term investors.
