MFC Zaimer's disbursements for 3 months of 2024 totaled ₽13.651 billion, up 7.2% from ₽12.735 billion a year earlier. PDL loan disbursements declined 2% to ₽10.306 billion. IL loan disbursements increased 48.2% to ₽3.292 billion. Disbursements to new customers rose 33.8% to ₽1.27 billion and to repeat customers rose 5.1% to ₽12.381 billion.

Seligdar

Gold production by Seligdar Holding in Q1 2024 amounted to 845 kg, up 9% from 777 kg a year earlier. Gold sales volume increased by 32% to 1,107 tons. Tin production fell 5% to 617 tons. Copper production almost doubled to 566 tons. Revenue from gold sales increased by 77% to ₽6.7 billion. Average annual realized gold price increased by 33%.

MTS-Bank

MTS Bank is considering three options for utilizing the IPO proceeds. First - insurance or some other complimentary business lines. Second - several M&A deals are being considered, which will allow to obtain additional synergy in the business and acquire additional capital. Third option - to continue to grow organically.

South Urals Nickel Combine's RAS loss for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽25.346 million, against a profit of ₽1.183 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 50.3% to ₽94.285 million against ₽62.725 million a year earlier.

Board of Directors of Perm Power Supply Company recommended to pay dividends of ₽28.4 per ordinary and preferred share for 2023. Last day to purchase securities to receive the dividend is May 23, 2024. Dividend yield on common stock could be 11.05% and on preferred stock could be 10.77%.
