Transneft, in response to statements made by Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin on the reduction of oil transportation tariffs, said that the tariffs were understated and their growth would allow to direct up to 75% of net profit to dividends to the state. After the OPEC+ deal, which resulted in the reduction of oil production and, consequently, its pumping through pipelines, the situation became even more complicated.
