Black Terminal LLC provides an online and mobile service accessible through the website (the "Site") and the BlackTerminal App (the "App"). The service is operated by Black Terminal LLC ("Company", "we"). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding information we receive from visitors to the Site and users of the Application and/or the Service. Under applicable law, Black Terminal LLC is the "operator of personal data" obtained through the Services.
