The Board of Directors of TMK recommends that Volzhsky accept the voluntary offer to acquire up to 358,758,064 shares, or 34.7% of the outstanding ordinary shares of TMK, via ₽61, for paper that was received by the company on 18 May 2020. Applications for sale as part of the voluntary offer must be submitted by July 27, 2020. Payment for the sold shares will be made by August 13, 2020.
