Elena Burmistrova and Oleg Aksyutin, Gazprom's Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, acquired the Company's shares for the amount of ₽10.11 million and ₽600 thousand respectively. As a result of the transactions, each share reached 0.000232%. On May 13, Burmistrova, which previously did not own any shares of Gazprom, received a 54.922 thousand share stake. Aksyutin increased its share in the Company's authorized capital to 0.000232 per cent from 0.000218 per cent. The number of shares acquired on May 14 is estimated at 3.31 thousand.
