Norwegian Air Shuttle has completed a debt restructuring of NOK 9.074 billion by converting the company's debt into 1,1691 million shares. Upon completion of the conversion, BOC Aviation, to which the airline had lease obligations, will hold 389,053,742 shares of Norwegian Air Shuttle, representing a 12.67% stake. Prior to this transaction, BOC Aviation did not own Norwegian Air Shuttle shares.
