A joint venture of Sberbank and Mail.ru Group, O2O Holding, closed a deal to acquire 75.6% of the Samokat service, which specializes in fast delivery of products: it delivers orders to houses located near its many local warehouses in 15-30 minutes. The JV has bought the shares of the project's financial investors, while the company's founders and management have retained minority stakes.
