Retirements and appointments

Konstantin Ernst, General Director of Channel One, was nominated to the MTS Board of Directors as an independent director, as well as Alexander Galitsky, co-founder of Almaz Capital Partners, Chairman and CEO of Coriant Inc. Shaigan Heradpir, member of the national council of X5 Retail Group Russia Nadya Shurabura. Inclusion of new candidates to the Board of Directors is in line with MTS' strategy, which is focused on building an ecosystem of digital services around the client.
