Retirements and appointments

The Board of Directors of Transcontainer re-elected Sergei Shishkarev, the head of the Delo group, as its chairman, and Peter Baskakov, the former general director of Transcontainer, as his deputy. The Board of Directors also elected members of the Strategy, Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
