G-III Apparel Group is restructuring its retail segment. All 110 Wilsons Leather stores and 89 G.H. stores will be closed. G.H. Bass. This will significantly reduce losses from retailing, making this segment profitable. Wholesale business based on brands: DKNY, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Karl Lagerfeld will remain the main engine of growth and profit.
