Asset swap

RusHydro Group completed the asset swap with other shareholders of the subsidiary, which includes SUEK JSC. One of the goals of the transaction for RusHydro is to further reduce the debt burden of DGK, which it owns through DGK, by converting over ₽40 billion of its debt to RusHydro into the share capital of DGK. This will allow DGK to reduce its debt burden by more than 50% and create conditions for stabilization of financial and economic condition of the generating company.
