Sberbank is in talks with Alexander Mamut about reducing his stake in Rambler Group, RBC sources said. The share of Mamut's structure in the joint venture may decline from 46.5% to 40%, while Sberbank will take control of the group, now the bank has 46.5%, just like Mamut.
