MTS mobile operator announced the appointment of Andrey Zimenkov, former Managing Director of the corporate and state business segment in Rostelecom, as Commercial Director of the business market. Zimenkov's tasks will include: acceleration of the current growth rate, improving the efficiency of project portfolio management and launching new business lines.
