Mergers and Acquisitions

Rollins acquired two companies in the UK in Q1 2020. One is Albany Environment, which uses footmen for its carbon-free walking routes in London, and the other is known for its falconry management programme. These acquisitions will enable Rollins to expand its business in southern and central England.
