One of Rusal's plants, the Achinsk Alumina Refinery, was cut off from the supply of raw materials due to railroad washout. The company notes that the remains of nepheline ore at the plant are close to the minimum and asks RZD to organize supplies under the alternative scheme, ensuring the priority passing of trains with raw materials. Otherwise, the supply of alumina to another Rusal plant, the Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter, which produces 27% of Russia's total aluminium, will be jeopardized.
