Offering of securities

Norwegian Air Shuttle, at the request of convertible bond holders, is issuing new shares worth $19.255 million. As a result of the issue, the share capital of Norwegian Air Shuttle will be NOK 311,744,429.40 or 3,117,444,294 shares with a par value of NOK 0.10. The new shares will be traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange from June 10, 2020.
