Initiated by Lynwood and Rambler Group, in which Sberbank owns 46.5%, the criminal case against the co-founders of Nginx has been terminated. However, Lynwood, associated with another co-owner of Rambler Group Alexander Mamut, filed a lawsuit in California against the founders and owners of Nginx, demanding to recognize themselves as the legal owner of Nginx Plus or compensate for damages in the amount of $750 million.
