Retirements and appointments

Former head of RusHydro Yevgeny Dod joined the board of directors of Segezha Group, a timber industrial holding controlled by AFK Sistema. In addition to Yevgeny Dod, three other independent directors were elected at the general meeting of participants on May 13. Thus, the total number of independent directors increased from 2 to 4, and the number of seats on the Board of Directors increased to 8. This will bring Segezha Group to a qualitatively new level of corporate and strategic management.
