FAS refused Yandex to buy a group of taxis "Lucky". As a result of the analysis of the taxi aggregators market, the FAS has come to the conclusion that in case of a deal, the aggregate share of aggregators Yandex.taxi and the group "Vezet" will amount to 70% in Russia, which is contrary to the law on protection of competition.
