Retirements and appointments

Peter J. McDonnell, MD, has become a member of the board of directors of Aerie Pharmaceuticals, an ophthalmologic company, and will also serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Dr. McDonnell has been a Professor of Ophthalmology since 2003 and is an international specialist in corneal transplantation, laser refractive surgery and corneal disease. He has published over 250 scientific articles and holds ten patents.
