Offering of securities

ONEOK has announced an additional placement of 26 million of its ordinary shares. In addition, underwriters of the placement will be granted a 30-day option to purchase additional shares up to 3.9 million shares. The funds received from the SPO will be used to repay existing debt and finance capital expenditures.
