Courts and disputes

Gazprom's subsidiary Gazprom Export initiated arbitration proceedings with Italian Eni due to disagreements on the interpretation of natural gas supply contracts. The parties are currently in the process of agreeing on the name of the Arbitration Tribunal Chairman.
