Emergency

As a result of the leak at the power plant in Yakutia, up to 5 tons of diesel fuel got into the soil. The power plant belongs to JSC "Sahaenergo", which is part of RusHydro. From the damaged tank, the fuel was pumped to a nearby reserve tank. Soil recultivation works are being organized. The reasons for the leak are not reported.
