The subsidiaries of AFC Systems, the developer Etalon and the Segezha timber holding, will start construction of the first multi-storey building from CLT panels in Moscow in summer 2021. The developer plans to complete the development of the corresponding project by the end of this year. Etalon's strategy until 2024 envisages the development of an alternative to brick and monolithic technology, including the construction from CLT panels.
