Government support

Rosaviation refused Aeroflot's subsidiary, the low-coster Victory, to receive subsidies from the budget. Earlier Rosaviation approved payments to the 21st airline at ₽9.6 billion of ₽23.4 billion allocated by the government for this purpose. Besides, other airlines of the group "Aeroflot" have already received subsidies in the amount of ₽7,89 billion. Thus, "Victory" was the only airline, which Rosaviation refused in payments.
