Offering of securities

The shareholders of Polyus approved an additional issue of 3.13 million ordinary shares by closed subscription in favor of its subsidiary Polyus Krasnoyarsk. The additional shares represent about 2.33% of the total number of issued ordinary shares of the company. The sale price of the shares will be approved by the Board of Directors.
