Major deals

IT company Yandex and Sberbank will share their joint assets - Yandex.Money and Yandex.Market. The first asset will fully consolidate Sberbank by buying out Yandex's stake in it for ₽2.4 billion. The second asset will be fully owned by Yandex, which will buy out Sberbank's 45% stake for ₽42 billion. The transaction will be closed in the third quarter of this year.
