The Missouri Court of Appeals upheld the decision to recover damages from Johnson & Johnson because of a cover-up that baby powder could cause ovarian cancer, but reduced it from $4.69 billion to $2.12 billion. J&J will continue to appeal the decision, filing an appeal in the State Supreme Court.
