Offering of securities

IT company Yandex started placing 20,304,566 new A-class shares at $49.25 per paper. Of these, 12,182,739 shares in equal shares will be acquired by VTB Capital, investment company Roman Abramovich and the structure of Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov. The remaining 8,121,827 securities will be sold through public offering. In addition, the underwriter of Goldman Sachs will be granted a 30-day option to purchase 1,218,274 additional shares. The placement will be completed on June 29, 2020 and the amount of funds raised will be about $1 billion.
