Dividends

Shareholders of Petropavlovsk will discuss the dividend policy at the annual meeting on June 30 at the initiative of one of the major shareholders. The company has not charged any dividends over the past few years. The ability to pay them depends on the company's performance and is limited by the terms of agreements with creditor banks.
