Gazprom Holding started construction of an ice-resistant platform for the offshore gas field Kamennomysskoye Seas in the Arctic. It will be used for construction of 33 main wells as well as 22 wells to support production. Gas will be supplied by pipelines to the shore and after processing it will be sent to the Unified Gas Supply System of Russia. The field's reserves are about 555 billion cubic meters, and its design capacity is 15 billion cubic meters per year. Production is scheduled to start in 2025.
