Mergers and Acquisitions

Centene Corporation has completed a merger with national insurer WellCare. Under the terms of the agreement, the shareholders of WellCare received 3.38 ordinary shares of Centene and $120 for each ordinary share of the company they owned. Trading in WellCare common shares has ceased since the close of trading on January 23, 2020.
