Debts

Sistema Corporation wants to early redeem two bond issues for the total amount of ₽25 bln. The redemption price will be determined in the period of submission - from July 9 to July 15, 2020 and cannot be below 100% and above 107% of face value. The securities to be repurchased will be purchased by the company on July 17, 2020. Currently, there are 12 issues of Sistema's exchange bonds in circulation for the amount of ₽118.2 bln.
