Offering of securities

IT company Yandex has completed the placement of 20,304,566 new Class A shares for $49.25 each, including 12,182,739 shares acquired by VTB Capital, investment company Roman Abramovich and the structure of Alexander Abramov and Alexander Frolov as part of a private placement. In addition, the underwriter of the issue fully exercised its option to purchase 1,218,274 shares at the offering price. Thus, the total number of new A-class shares placed amounted to 21,522,840 shares, which were sold for $1.06 billion.
