Norwegian Air Shuttle has terminated its contract with Boeing for the delivery of the remaining 5 Boeing 787 and 92 Boeing 737 MAX, as well as their maintenance. In addition, Norwegian has filed a claim with Boeing to recover advance payment and compensation for losses incurred by the company due to the ban on aircraft operations after airplane crashes.
