Business ownership structure

PPF Group sells approximately 2.66% of its Polymetal shares through accelerated bookbuilding. A total of 12.5 million shares are offered for sale. The market price of the stake is £200 million and PPF Group's shareholding will decrease from 6.5% to 3.8%.
