U.S. Department of Transportation has identified errors in the certification of the Federal Aviation Administration of the maneuverability system Boeing 737 MAX. The company did not provide the FAU with a detailed description of the problematic maneuvering system, as it was presented as a modified version of the old system. Currently, the FAA is evaluating the safety of the aircraft during a series of certification test flights.
