Enel Russia has fully transferred Reftinskaya GRES to Kuzbassenergo, owned by the Siberian Generating Company, to which the plant was sold in 2019 for ₽20.7bn. The company now expects to receive from the buyer the last tranche of ₽4bn. The transaction also provides for additional payments up to ₽3bn within 5 years starting from 1 October 2019, subject to certain conditions.
