Pacific Gas and Electric withdrew from Chapter 11, completing the reorganization plan approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on June 20, 2020. The company started financing the "Fire Victims Fund": $5.4 billion were transferred on July 1, 2020; $1.35 billion will be received in two installments in 2021 and 2022. In addition, the fund received 22.19% of the company's shares.
