Soysttsy Zhilyaev Yury Aleksandrovich, Yankovsky Alexander Vladimirovich changed the requirements to Alrosa-Nyurba from recognizing the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as completely invalid to recognizing the decision as invalid as regards the transfer of the rights to use the land plots to Alrosa-Nyurba's parent Alrosa and reissuing the respective licenses.
