Retirements and appointments

Maria Elaeva was appointed Vice President for Quality and Client Experience of Vimpelcom. She will be involved in network development and expansion, as well as improving customer support for the operator. Prior to her appointment Yelayeva headed the Quality and Client Experience Department at MTS. Maria Elaeva's predecessor in this position, Irina Lebedeva, decided to leave the position of Vimpelcom Vice-President only two months after coming to her.
