Business ownership structure

The Board of Directors of RusHydro approved the deals conducted by the group for consolidation of energy assets in the Sakhalin region. The Company will acquire 7.68% of the Sakhalin Energy Company from Rosneft for ₽1 billion and will contribute all of its shares SEC to the charter capital of RAO ES of East through an additional issue of shares of the latter. As a result, RusHydro's share in RAO ES of East will amount to at least 84.39%.
