Buybacks

Globaltruck bought back 129,591 owned shares in the period from 1 to 30 June 2020, which is 0.22% of its share capital. The buyback program for the amount up to ₽386 million will be valid until 31 May 2021 or until the number of shares purchased reaches 5% of the company's equity.
