Business ownership structure

The Board of Directors of Mostotrest approved the decision to issue 282.216 million shares of JSC Roads and Bridges with the nominal value of ₽0.14. Paper will be distributed to Mostotrest shareholders in the course of its reorganisation through a spin-off of some of its assets in Roads and Bridges.
