Smart Development Group will build a large warehouse complex for X5 Retail Group on Novorizhskoye Shosse, the parties signed a lease agreement for 85,000 sqm in the logistics park "New Riga". At the moment it is the largest deal on the warehouse real estate market in the Moscow region this year.
