Business ownership structure

Mostotrest shareholders have submitted 7,820,613 shares for buyback to ₽1.723 billion as part of the reorganisation and spin-off of the new Roads and Bridges company. The securities submitted for redemption account for 3% of the total number of the company's shares or 48% of the shares in free circulation. Shareholders who have not presented their shares for buyback will become owners of the shares of JSC Roads and Bridges in proportion to the number of shares they own.
